Trading Standards Approved
Perhaps one of our most satisfying moments has been when we were approved by Kent County Council Trading Standards as a member of their “Buy With Confidence” scheme.
This is no easy task – as well as having to ensure that we trade fairly and legally and that our staff do not have criminal records, a number of our past customers had to be contacted by Trading Standards. It was only after they had confirmed our reputation that we were approved to join the scheme, the first IT Support members in East Kent.
We display this badge with pride, after all, you should only invite someone into your home or business that you have confidence in.
Microsoft Certified
As Microsoft Certified Professionals, you can be sure that we know our stuff! We have been supporting, implementing and managing Microsoft operating systems and applications since 1999, from MS-DOS to Windows 7 and beyond.
Google Authorised
For most products in IT, it’s very easy to become a reseller. Click here, enter name there, done. To become an authorised Google Apps reseller, you actually have to prove yourself. We had to sucessfully implement the solution with at least 25 clients before Google would even start carrying out their credit checks etc. on us. We were able to prove that we know how to provide the best service to our clients, so we are proud to be Google authorised.

Professional attitude, family values
If you are paying a company for a service, there are certain things you should expect of them, but in this industry there are not many who can say that they are a registered Limited company, VAT registered and insured for both public liability and professional indemnity. We can, because we take our responsibilities seriously.
