On-site, off-site or a bit of both
Primarily, we are a visiting support service. No need to remember where all those wires plugged in or spend days without your computer, we come to your home or business and fix it there and then. If we cannot, we take it back to the workshop for a fixed price repair then bring it back, set it up and show you it working. Or, if you want to keep your costs down even lower, book an appointment to bring your PC to us for a reduction on the workshop fee.
Once we get to know our clients a lot of our ongoing support can be carried out using ‘remote control’ techniques – your PC stays with you but we control it from our workshop. It’s spooky but it’s also quick, safe and secure.
Is your PC slow, noisy and hot?
A slow PC can just be a case of being short of RAM or too many utilities starting when you turn it on. Or it could be a symptom of something more serious, like a virus.
