Remote Support

Some things are best done 'hands-on'. But that's not always practical, so we do have the technology to 'remote control' your PC. We tend to use this with our more regular clients, as we have already built up experience of their exact configuration.

If a 'remote control' is the most suitable course of action, we will speak to you on the telephone and give you a 'session code'.  You need to type this code into the box below and click Connect:

Once the software is downloaded and running, you can give us access to your PC.  From a security point of view, this code only works once.  As soon as the session is over we lose access to your PC until you allow us back in.  We cannot see your PC if you don't want us to!
