As Confidence Assured members of the Professional Computing Association, we are expressing our commitment to giving excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are bound by their codes of practice and, as one of the few members in East Kent, we believe this is just one more of the many reasons for you to choose us as your IT partner.

Perhaps one of our most satisfying moments has been when we were approved by Kent County Council Trading Standards as a member of their "Buy With Confidence" scheme.

This is no easy task - as well as having to ensure that we trade fairly and legally and that our staff do not have criminal records, a number of our past customers had to be contacted by Trading Standards.  It was only after they had confirmed our reputation that we were approved to join the scheme, the first IT Support members in East Kent.

As Microsoft Certified Professionals, you can be sure that we know our stuff! We have been supporting, implementing and managing Microsoft operating systems and applications since 1999, from MS-DOS to Vista and beyond.

We believe in the importance of small businesses and their affect on the local and national economy. After all. we are one ourselves. Every small business can have big issues though, so we recognise the value of an organisation like the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, of which we are proud members. Because we like to give as well as take, we will always ensure that there are some special offers available to our fellow Chamber members.

Continuing our small business theme, we are also members of St George's BNI, based here in Whitstable.  BNI is all about businesses helping each other grow, and that's what we're here to do.

We can, because we take our responsibilities seriously.
