Peace of Mind Package

Businesses rely on their PCs, even families rely on their PCs. Big business can afford big solutions. But what about the rest of us?

HDG have taken 16 years of experience in the corporate world, plus all of our experience gathered working with our small business customers, to bring you the best solution possible.

How does this sound?

An annual PC service

A full clean, inside and out. Virus and spyware check. Security settings and patches checked and updated.

An annual, full hard disk image copy

Not just your data, your whole Windows installation and every application on it. If your hard drive fails, we can restore everything back to this point in time within hours, not days.

A constant online backup

Working out how to do your backups is complicated. Remembering to do them can sometimes be even harder! We will configure your machine to backup your documents (and photos, and emails...) itself, all day, every day. And where are you going to store this backup? You don't - we store it on our secure servers in two separate locations for extra reliability.

Free, professional anti-virus and spyware protection

We install and license the protection on your machine as part of the package. If you already have anti-virus protection and want to keep it, fine. If you don't want to keep it, when your license expires, we'll install ours instead.

Discounted support

Every PC covered by our "Peace of Mind" package qualifies for a discount on our normal support rate (5% for bronze, 15% for silver, 25% for gold). So that's as little as just £30 for an hour of onsite support.

Remote Support

We will install a piece of software on your machine that makes it possible for you to request help from us without us having to come out to you. We can connect to your machine remotely and diagnose / fix problems for you. This is cheaper than a callout, and you still get up to a 25% discount on top of the saving.

Loan PC

If your PC fails and is being repaired by us, subject to availabilty, we will lend you a replacement PC (loaded with a minimum of Windows XP and Office 2003) so you can keep on top of your business while the work is done.  Free of charge.

How much does this cost?

All this for just £20 per PC per month, plus VAT.

You pay annually in advance with cheque or cash except with the gold package, where you have the option of two 6-month payments if you add the optional 6-month healthcheck.

For every person who signs up to our Peace of Mind Package thanks to your referral, we will extend your package by one month, free of charge. And there's no limit to how many people you can refer - you may never have to pay again!
